What happens if I have problems with my developer?
Although this is most unlikely, but in case you have problems with your developer your first point of contact would be our dedicated manager. We will make sure to immediately take off the developer from your project and provide you a replacement ASAP. If the problem is major then Top Management of the company can also intervene.
What happens if the developer leaves your organization?
We will send a notice regarding the same to you atleast 15 days prior to developer leaving the company. Within that period of time we will arrange a replacement and carry out the knowledge transfer. Our manager will ensure that your operations are not affected by such activities.
How do I pay for the services? Which modes of payment are preferred?
Payments are accepted through Wire Transfer or Credit Cards.
How do I communicate with my dedicated developer?
Though our dedicated developers are available through out the working hours for discussions and follow up, we suggest you to fix certain hours for daily communication. Preferred mode of communication is skype chat sessions or our project collaboration software. You can always keep in touch through e-mails and you can call up your dedicated developer during office hours preferably.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Though we are committed to protect your confidentiality, we are open to it.
What are my rights regarding the intellectual property developed by the hired developer?
We transfer the ownership of all intellectual property developed by hired developers to you. We assure you that only you can benefit from your investments.
How secure is my source code and commercial secrets?
We provide secure development environment with firewall, password and encryption protection to our developers. Unauthorized access to any sensitive data and commercial secrets is virtually impossible.
Do I pay for the vacation, holidays or sick leave for my dedicated developer?
Dedicated developers are entitled to avail leaves as per RWS leave calendar. On start of service you will be given the RWS leave calendar. Any sick or casual leaves taken by the developer are compensated in the invoice.
Can you set up an exclusive development team for us in India?
Generally dedicated development contracts are for approximately 6 months or so, but if you expect steady workflow for a longer duration using consistent programming languages and operating systems, then you can opt for even an entire project team to focus on your project alone.
