Quick Trial Pilot
We understand that before hiring the developer from us, you would like to assess the candidate’s capabilities and suitability to your work requirements. Hence, we introduce a unique concept to evaluate the “Dedicated Engagement Model” as well as developer’s technical and communication capability before hiring the developer on long term.
In Quick Trial, the developer(s) is assigned to you for one week at nominal cost. During this trial you can evaluate the developer on all grounds and requirements of your destined project. During this period you can communicate with our developer using our Project Collaboration Software (www.fastcollab.com), E-mail, Chat on any IM like (Skype, MSN etc. ). Also you can talk to our technical head for his assistance in resolving any high-level technical issues or queries.
We request you to organize the work assignment for this trial period in such a way that it helps you in correct assessment of the resource at the end of trial period.
Once the trial is over, based on your experience and evaluation, you can choose to hire the developer on long-term basis or can choose to opt out.
